“I’ve been in the fitness business for 25 years. I really got started in the fitness business back in 1990 because I was on the West Coast from 1990 to 2000. That’s the epicenter of fitness, SoCal. Fitness clubs on the East Coast and the ones on the West Coast are different. The vibe is different. When I opened this club up, I wanted it to have a more West Coast, laid back, upscale vibe.”

Frank’s Advice to Clients

“The fitness endeavour can be enjoyable, it doesn’t always have to be work. I think that it’s more about making that mind/body connection. Most people what they’re worried about with fitness and exercise is weight loss. But if you put a little more thought into the food you source out, eat a higher quality of food, and do regular activity – the weight loss takes care of itself. It’s not something you should just ignore until it becomes a problem and you need to lose weight. You should maintain the lifestyle. You can’t leave it to chance, you have to put thought into it.”
