“A lot of people are scared to come into the gym or train with trainers because [they think] we force a certain look or lifestyle on people. My motivation is: be a better you and don’t try to set these obstacles in front of yourself of looking like another person. Not everyone wants to look like a bodybuilder or model. Be a better you, work towards your own strength.”
