After an initial consultation and goal-setting session with his clients, Malik’s first priority is building consistent fitness habits to create a strong foundation. He strives to help his clients reach their goals. By working with people that are fighting illness or rehabbing injuries, Malik is reminded that relationships with his clients are mutually beneficial, making the process that much more valuable.
