Growing up as an athlete, proper fitness has always been a focal point of Miranda’s lifestyle. Through weight training, she learned that the true power of exercise comes from creating a healthy mindset instead of focusing on aesthetic improvement. Miranda believes in allowing her clients to set their own goals so she can guide them accordingly. Goals reached, pounds lost, and muscle built are only bonuses for Miranda, as simply being there for her clients makes her feel more than rewarded.
